Our Mission
At The GNOME Project, we are dedicated to empowering the next generation through equitable access to educational resources and opportunities. Our mission is to promote youth education by creating and maintaining little and mobile libraries that spark curiosity and a love for reading in children of all ages. In addition, we provide childcare tuition assistance to support working families and enable children to participate in enriching local youth programs. Through these efforts, we aim to build stronger communities where every child has the tools to learn, grow, and thrive—regardless of their background.
We envision a world where every child, regardless of background or circumstance, has access to the tools, resources, and support needed to flourish through education. At The GNOME Project, we dream of communities where books are abundant, learning is joyful, and no family is left behind due to financial barriers. Through compassion, creativity, and community, we strive to build a brighter, more literate future—one child, one book, one gnome at a time.
GNOME is more than just a name—it’s a mission. It stands for Greater Nourishment of Minors' Education, reflecting our commitment to supporting and enriching the lives of children through access to books, educational tools, and tuition support.
